Volunteers Are Needed

Fay was a real nuisance for most of us -- lots of rain and quite a bit of wind.

But for most residents of Seminole Woods life is for the most part, back to normal.

But, there is a different reality for many of our neighbors in Geneva and the surrounding communities.
There a lot of folks who are still flooded, they are evacuating their homes, and they could use help.
Many of those folks have horses and pets that need to be relocated, and help is needed to move them.
Other folks need help in moving household goods to somewhere safe.
The list of needs goes on, and these are our neighbors that need help.

The Geneva Citizens Association is coordinating the efforts to match volunteers with those who need help.
They are especially in need of trucks that can get into muddy areas - those of you with 4 wheel drive trucks
with big wheels and tires, your help would truly be welcome and appreciated.

If you can help, please give Tracy Whiting a call at 407 314 0115
