Rules to be Added to Seminole Woods Homeowners
Association General Rules and Regulations Amended 9/10/01
Residents and their guests shall not operate a motorized vehicle on the roadways or common areas of Seminole Woods unless they are a licensed driver or accompanied by a licensed driver. Motorized vehicles shall be defined as any vehicles powered by gasoline, diesel, or electric engines. This rules is not intended in any way to exempt person(s) to operate motorized vehicles on the horse trails, which is expressly prohibited under a separate rules. This rules shall be enforced by referring violations to the Seminole Woods Community Association Rules Compliance Committee and/or the Seminole County Sheriff's Department. Please note section 322.35 and 322.36 of the Florida Statutes applicable to this rule and included herein.
